Another good reason for stash

I won't be able to buy any crafting stash for a very long time so I'm thankful for the fabric and embroidery stash that I have here. Our furnace is broken. We have to get a new one. Since our A/C unit is older than our furnace and has needed work the past two years we are getting a heap pump that will do both jobs. It's more expensive, but not nearly as expensive as buying both a furnace and an A/C unit so it seems to be the way to go. I hope the weather forecast changes so we can get the heat pump installed on Saturday. The forecast is for snow on Friday and Saturday. Until then we are heating the kitchen and bathroom with those little plug in electric heaters and praying that we don't burn the house down by accident.

Sorry to hear about your furnace. I feel your pain, I just spent $452 at the vet for Paisley this morning and know nothing more definitive than I did when I got there. But, she has no tumors. Still don't know what is causing her symptoms, but at least we know it's not a tumor.

Good for you, planning so well with your stash and embroidery supplies! Good luck with your repairs, I'll wish for good weather!

Well, knowing what it's not is one step towards finding out what it is. I do wish the vet finds something that is curable. Tell her my kitties are sending get well purrs her way.

I didn't really plan on all the fabric and embroidery stash. I just get carried away sometimes in the stores. Nice how it turned into a good thing for me though. I know you will wish for good weather too because whatever we get here is usually the same thing you get a half day later. The weather man now says rain for Friday, so maybe our wishes are working.
