Attention Professional Quilters!!!

Dec 10, 2006 3 Replies

Now what do I mean by professional quilters? I mean anyone who does quilting, whether by machine or by hand, for others for pay! So if you take in quilt tops/sandwiches whatever, quilt them in some fashion and return them to the customer for some sort of payment...this is for you!

I'm going to build a directory of those of us on RCTQ who do this type of work for those of us who would like to use your services! It will NOT be posted here, but it will be emailed upon request. So please include ONLY the contact information you would post on an open public forum!

What information would be important to share? Well, the type of quilting you do....long-arm, short-arm, hand quilting. Do you specialize in anything like patterns or meandering or SITD? Do you have a website/email address that you would prefer us to contact you through? Any other information you would like us to have?

Please email me your contact information to dbeitzell at yahoo dot com if you want to be included in this listing!

Happy Holidays to you all!

Dannielle

Yeah!!! Please put me down to receive that list when it is done! Many days I cannot get my hands to work well enough to do quilting.

It would be cool to have a list of Ps and Qs - the Piecers and Quilters, for those who prefer to do one or the other. so different people can call on each other to do a project together!

Please add me to the list of receivers!!! I really am in need of finding someone(s) to quilt for me; the finished-but-unquilted-tops are growing fast!

Dannielle - I also would like to receive that list. Goodness, then I could finish the rest of the tops I have planned/bought for/etc, and not feel guilty about not having finished the quilts that are stacked in the corner, tops & backs and sometimes batting & basting, waiting for me to do the part I don't care for. I'd rather design and piece!!
