Birmingham UK NEC show

Thanks for this Roberta. I was just thinking it was about time to start planning where to meet up etc. I daresay no-one knows the layout, as it is the first show. The entrance door sounds like a great plan. We had better mention that there are two Halls (7 and 8 are being used I understand) just in case anyone thinks just any old front door will do!! I am going on a coach, and not in control of my timing. So I hope to goodness we won't be late. Very much looking forward to seeing you. There surely must be more than the three of us? Looks like I will be there, but prolly not on the Thursday. We will see if we can drag Nel with us, but I dunno how fit she will be after her nose trouble. I'll drag along a couple of not-yet-quilty friends and try to convert them! They both sew already.

Hey Roberta, my friend who moved to Nottingham, Shona is planning on going to the show also! I just forwarded your post to her. So keep an eye out. She's about 5'5"ish? I really don't know. Dark hair but fair skin, loosing weight, so I can't guestimate wears glasses. Hope you hook up with her. She'd love to meet some local quilters.

OK, you've convinced me to come, the Thursday is better for me, didn't fancy the bank holiday weekend!! It will be a good excuse to take my new car on a good run as well!!!
