In honor of my 55th birthday, which is today, my quilt group of 5 women is leaving tomorrow afternoon for two nights in McCall, ID. We are taking sewing machines, Ott lights, projects and snacks. We have two adjoining rooms and will eat out and shop as well as stitch. We've done this before and had a very good time. Please pray for safe travel, if you are so inclined. I have a baby quilt that needs a little more hand stitching and then a neutral HST to work on with the sewing machine. I will babysit my 15 mo. old grandson tomorrow until about 3:00. I only keep him on Fridays and don't want to miss out on that. He is such a joy!

Happy Birthday! Have a fun retreat.......
I go on retreat with my friends once a year. We rent a house in Bodega Bay and we spend a week there quilting, knitting, cross stitching, whatever anyone wants to do. There are 10 of us so we always have something going on. We play games, we potluck food and watch lots of movies. I love girls time!
