Right now, I'm looking at the remains of a Yellow Swallowtail......lying on a paper towel next to my keyboard that DS brought into me. Most of the bod is gone...something thought it was mighty tasty. Can't tell that anything is wrong just looking at it. These butterflies are having a ball playing in the Passion Vines outback. They have 3 of 4 of them practically decimated. They missed one blossom, so Mr. Joe brought the blossom in. It closed up overnight and hasn't opened since : ( The plants will come back in a flourish ..just before Migration Season again next spring. But that is a big part of why we have them :) Now to find Milkweed that will grow here as I'd like to put a couple of them out for the Monarchs. Have a few Viceroys playing out back early in the AM's.
