EQ5 question

I want to create a pattern using a tumbler block. I see how to do the one patch quilt and see the tumbler shape. My problem is how to make the tumbler my size. I can make the tumbler 3" high and 3" wide but the side angles don't match mine.

My tumbler is 3" across base, 3" high and 1.5" at top.

The EQ tumbler is 3" by 3" by 1" at top. How do I make the top 1.5"?

I tried to create my own shape but couldn't get that right either.

Help!

I want to be able to figure how many tumblers I need for a throw (approximately 53" by 72") and a queen (approximately 92" by 92")

I already own the template so want to use my size.

Does your template include seam allowances? If so, the EQ size and your template might match.
