Graeco-Latin squares

This gives the basic pattern, but doesn't split up the colours according to Graeco-Latin square. The colour placement is what makes the Graeco-Latin square.

That appears to have some duplication, J. For instance, some of the pale blue large squares have the same fabric in the centre? . In message , jeanne-nzlstar* writes

If you use the same colours for the small squares as the large ones, for every colour there will be one square with both small and large squares having that colour.

(Yucky sentence of mathematical English but it *does* mean what I want it to, if you read it a few times...)

Yes, I realised that; which was why I noticed that the quilt for which Jeanne gave us the link didn't follow that 'rule'. However, she explained that she 'showed' us that quilt to see the nature of the possible quilt construction rather than an example of the Graeco-Latin squares principle. .
