It's done. The quilt for my friend is finished. The binding is on, the label is ready and it's ready to go to its new home in British Columbia. I will post a photo when I can. Our camera got dropped yesterday and it's sort of out of commission. Promise I'll get a pic before the quilt goes away.
I bought the FQs it's made from for something special. I was thinking for me, but then I heard that my online friend was not doing well at all and decided that it was time to pull out that special fabric. Used Wicked Easy -- it is, but you better be sure you have exactly 18 inches and 22 inches of FQ or use yardage.
Well, I'm happy I think with the outcome and can't wait to hear that my BC friend is snuggling under my little quilt and smiling.
