Hi Again, Finally some breathing room

Mar 24, 2008 13 Replies

Hello to all again. My life has been on fast faster fastest these last 18 month. My darling grandchildren are 17mo (Jack) and 22 months (Norah). Life is good. Everyone is healthy and happy. My DH has still not retired (for that I am happy). I am slowly getting time to quilt again. During this past year I have occasionally dropped in to read but now I can participate again.

I hope you will have a seat at the frame for me again, Linda in Texas (still Nana2B because you never know if they will add to the brood)

Hi Linda Pull up a chair! Welcome back! Hope some of your busyness means you get to spend time with the grandbabies.

We all know how life can get in the way sometimes.

Linda, it's *so* good to see you again! Welcome back! :D I can hardly believe your two grands are so big now -- it seems just yesterday that they were born. It's good to hear that you'll be back with us now. :D

Hope thet you are not too tired after all that stuff!!

Nana (also)........Going ta be GREAT grandma in May!!

I'm glad to see you back! I think about you everytime we are driving up 75 past Allen & Plano.

Woo Hoo!! It is so good to see Linda back here! (Thanks to SS for including the post!) So, Linda, we saved your seat ..... come sit next to me. Got chocolate? PAT in VA/USA

There's always room - we're glad to see you again!

Here Linda, you can sit beside me if ya want to. Welcome back. You have been missed. Hasn't time gone in a flash now that grandkids have come into the picture? I know it has for me. Logan turned 4 last month, can you believe it?!! Christian, Gregory and Courtney are 2 now and Courtney has a new brother, Brock, born last Thursday night. So you are very right about not knowing when they will add to the brood.

I'm so glad to hear that you family are all doing good.

Hugs, Mika

Of course there is chocolate. Dark (my fav) and regular too. Linda in Tx

Glad to see you back!! My how those little ones grow huh!! I can't believe my DNiece will be 1 in a couple of weeks. Seams like just yesterday she was born!!

I haven't been able to quilt, but have really used my 200 embroidery machine. I've made at least a dozen personalized baby blankets for newborns with all the arrival info on them. So now that I am almost done with my DDIL's Wizard of Oz quilt, it is time for a "me" quilt.
