Does anyone know of a free online pattern for this cool handbag? I have also seen it used as a diaper bag.
Humbug (triangle) Bag

Boca Jan: It seems to me that the bag is simply a couple squares with a zipper in one seam. The 'triangle' part comes from aligning the other seams differently from the method for standard flat bags. I think if you fiddle with a few squares you can figure it out.
PAT
Pat you are pretty much right. Put the zipper in, between the two squares. Seam the opposite side and one "end" flat. Then (making sure the zipper is unzipped!) match the seam lines and sew the other end. If you have a pattern for the "Swedish Chicken pin cushion" the shape is exactly the same. But substitute a zipper for the top seam, and don't add the tail/beak/comb parts. And don't stuff with polyfill/rice/etc.
