I finally updated my web site a bit

I promised myself and others that I would be working on my web pages after the first of the year. today I managed to get a good chunck of stuff done. Things look a bit different. Some of the patterns have been updated. I am sure there are a few mistakes along the way though. I also added a new section to the site. Machine embroidery patterns. I have only put up one page of many to come. Of course the first patterns up are all quilt blocks. Since it takes several days of total concentration to do each new page addition it could take a bit of time to make as many changes and additions as I am planning. I am hoping to get up at least another 200 or so machine embroidery patterns. I am also hoping to give a bit more of a face lift to the site in general. I hope you will take a look around and give me a few more ideas on how to make New Life Creations a better place to visit.

Julia, I went over and looked at your pages. I was particularly interested in your embroidery page since our DIL is passionate about those. I don't know if my eyes are just very tired (certainly they should be) but I find that the font on that page just really hard on me. I know very little about fonts versus eyes - only, I guess, that all caps is hard to read and to some, offensive - but that particular one on your embroidery page was difficult for me to read. Easy for me to sit here and criticize since I don't have a clue how to set up a web page or change one or diddly - just thought I'd mention it in case it's something you could adjust with the click of a button. I've forwarded your beautiful embroidery blocks to DIL - I know she'll be tickled to see them. She's younger. Polly

I'm not the same Julia, but I can suggest something that may help. On the menu bar of your browser, click on View. You'll get a drop down menu with different options. If you're using Internet Explorer, there will be an option for Text. Click that for another menu that lets you change the text size. If you're using Mozilla Firefox, the View menu will have an option for Zoom; click that and the second menu will have options for Zoom In, Zoom Out, and Zoom text only. You probably want to check Zoom text only. Then Zoom In; you'll get a bigger font. Zoom in again if you want it bigger.
