I saw a wonderful piece by Talking Quilts (can't find on the web now) called "motto" about how coin collectors are not expected to spend their coins and stamp collectors are not expected to mail their stamps so why do people think I need to sew my fabric into something - I am a fabric collector.
I also love the vest kits at Tabitha Quilts for only $29. I wanted to buy one but I was afraid it would just sit in the sewing room and never get made up. I have enough projects waiting their turn that actually have deadlines.
