lost pattern

I am in dire need of some assistance. My wife the quilter (see "pineywoodspiecing.com") put this impossible task on me. we would like some information on a magazine article. Quilter's Newsletter Magazine, july/august 1985, issue 174, page 43, title" Modern Quilting: Pretty Kettle of Fish". Been to many search sites, many libraries in the area, the local college, the magazine's archive site doesn't have it (too old). even tried E-bay but got outbid! Anybody who has a copy and can tell us about it, shout back. thanx.

We have quite a collection of magazines, some going back quite a ways. Will check in my guilds library and get back to you on Friday.

Here are several Ebay auctions that include that magazine. Two have Buy it Now options.

I have some QNM issues back into the 80s and 90s but couldn't find that particular issue. Sorry. Can you tell us what she is looking for? Better instructions for the article, a particular quilt block or setting, etc. We may be able to direct you to another website or suggest something. Good luck in your search.

I've just noticed that I don't get all posts either... I'm missing quite a few lately. I think that my news server must be starting to cheap out & not keep the messages as long as they used to.

Boblagotts back to you! Sorry, been tied up with a good project. Our first grand child was born last week and we have been trying to get from NH to western NY. The weather has not been cooperating at all! So I am sending the new granny by plane with my digital camera and 4gig card to baby's house. Of course she signed up for a couple of quilting classes in Niagara Falls while she is there. Back to original subject: could it be possible to scan and e-mail the 'zine article ? She has to write a presentation for the March meeting of the "Ladies of the Lakes" quilters guild. Whatever you can do is helpful. thnx
