I am almost done with a new top. I love it. It is so fun to make. It only takes one jelly roll (or 1/2 in my case) and one charm pack. Another lady in our group has made two of them and they were too wide for me to quilt on my Little Gracie II, which I have set up for crib size (rather than queen size). I thought it would be so fun to quilt and a good practice piece, since I have only done one small wall- hanging on it so far. So I decided to make my own and scale it down. Since all the pieces are mostly cut already it goes together really fast. I want to make more of them, but I think I'd better do some of the things I have waiting in the closet.

I am always looking for things to do with jelly rolls and charm packs that are quick and easy for quick quilts since my attention span is really short these days. That looks great and is a good size for 1 + 1.
Terrific project! I really like the fabrics you chose. You've got some very interesting ones in there, yet they work together beautifully with entire quilt.
Great project! i love the charm packs. I haven't bought a jelly roll yet - -a bit pricey and I really haven't had a good idea for using them. But you inspire me. And I do like the colors. Normally, I'm not a red/white/blue kind of person (even though my b'day is in July!) but your is cute and really snazzy.
