Nana got squished!

What is a squishy??? I am fairly new to the group.....

A squishy is a package that is sent, sometimes anonymously, and is filled with fabric, hence the squish. It can also include delicious chocolate and anything else that will delight the recipient. In my case, a dozen newborn pampers, 2 darling onsies, and a pink FQ were part of the squish. A bigger heavier package is sometimes called "a thunkie" because of the noise it makes when the mailman leaves it at your door. How was that for an explanation?

And is anyone doing any fabric swaps at the moment, those swaps seem to be gone by the wayside.

Anonymously as in, they don't include a name or return address. And anybody wanting to send a squishy (once the have become known on the group) can ask somebody else for an addres....but only after they have been around for a while so that we know they aren't oddballs signing people up for body enhancements or reductions.
