I think that woman might object to the filthy tenement description too. But perhaps there were other parts of the apartment that weren't as well kept as this one. Or the rest of the building was objectionable perhaps. Or for whatever reason, the description was a bit sensationalized to prove a point. A neat and interesting photo that just raises even more questions. If only photos could talk a la Harry Potter.
