needlepunch fleece

I know that at Jo-Ann's it is usually with the interfacing. I like the HTC brand, but Pellon also makes some. You can also get fusible fleece, which is nice to fuse the backing too, then you only have to worry about keeping the top smooth. Needle punched fleece is sort of like a thick, somewhat looser felt, denser than batting but the same idea. Great for placemats, table mats and so on.

I recently purchased a "Winnie the Pooh" Nursery panel to make bibs and changing pad. The changing pad calls for 5/8 yard of needlepunch fleece. What is it? And where can I buy it? Thanks, Michele

It's a loose weave fleece, just go to TSWLTH and tell them what it is for and they should be able to direct you to it. It looks similar to this:

They should be able to figure it out. I had the same problem when I was working on a craft too!
