I've been gone for a few days from posting. This past weekend was my
45th high school reunion. Two days were spent digging through my closet trying to find something appropriate to wear that might camouflage a few years and several extra pounds. At 63, I definitely look like a grandma, which I am, but the memories of my classmates were of 18 year olds who were slim and youthful.I found a pantsuit that wasn't too bad hiding in the dark recesses of the closet and that had to do. To my wonderful surprise, we all looked like grandparents, extra pounds and saggy skin but still full of laughter and memories. What fun! I rediscovered old friends and realized why I had liked them so much so long ago. They were still the great people I remembered, only older. It was the best time I've had in ages. Donna
