OT Bottoming out, we hope

THANK YOU ALL

for your messages of support over the last few days, they have been the difference between soldiering on and (metaphorically) putting my head in the gas oven.

DH is home again, though only possibly briefly, but we have a hill the size of Everest to climb now, and everything will be slow, oh so slow. I just ask folks not to believe everything they might read in the newspapers.

The next weeks are going to be fairly ghastly, but maybe, just maybe the Higher Power has sent us a lifeboat just in time.

Please keep up your efforts, they are obviously working.

On a lighter note, hand quilting my blue-n-white king's size quilt in the Police Station sure gets some funny looks, but it's is a great way to keep calm and "earwig"! I don't think they'll forget me in a hurry! :-)

They say that when you are at the bottom there is only one way to go and that is UP! Continued good thoughts to you.........

And a tug too, I hope!

Glad things are leveling out some, hang on to the lifeboat and keep that oven for something yummy. Bailey's cheesecake is coming to mind! It's amazing where we can quilt and how having something to concentrate on can help to get us thru things.!

all the best to you and yours

You made me laugh aloud, thanks!

Yeah, I wonder what the bail conditions would be... umm howabout...

Sign in to the quilt circle and do an hour every day? Agree to live and sleep in the sewing room? Non-association with any one else's stash?

I could live with those. (Though the last one might be hard)
