OT: Bread recipe (just read)

We buy that Saf-T yeast mailorder by the pound. A pound lasts us around a year because it is good strong yeast. We had to give up the yeast jar on account of Ash. He only had to break the jar but once! Liquid yeast running into every crack in the floor and counter was not a fun time for all.
