OT-Critter Blankets

Hi All, It's been a long time since I posted but I do check in on a regular basis. Things have been a little crazy since last fall when we suddenly lost our QI, Jack, who inspired me to start this project. Since then, we've adopted a 5 month old black Lab named Goofy, who is just that goofy. He is now 10 months old and is a really good boy. I did forget how much extra time a young dog takes but he's growing up nicely. I'm still sewing as much as possible and adoptions have been picking up over the last few months, so I'm just chugging along. Thanks to everyone who keeps an eye out for people wanting to give fabric and supplies and suggests giving it to me for the needy homeless cats and dogs. I sure couldn't do it without all of you. As everyone does their spring cleaning and you find fabric that you'd like to go somewhere it will be put to good use, I'd be happy to have it. Even if you think it's ugly, the animals will love it. The number for 2009 was 1376, so now Critter Comforts is over 10,000 blankies donated to homeless dogs and cats over the last 7 years. Thanks again!!! Jill

I don't see it mentioned here but Jill also needs the barcode UPC things from Hobbs batting. They're easy to save and mail. She can also use fleece, linen and corduroy if someone's given you some and you would like to share it for a wonderful bit of hugging. Polly
