OK, first check up with cardiologist for my DD yesterday, after her op earlier in the year and she now has a normal heart! They were worried way back that there may have been valve damage, because of the pressure on her heart from the hole that she had lived with for so long - but nothing, she's normal!!!! However, she was a bit disappointed as he told her that she has to carry on with sport and now build up her stamina and it isn't her heart, she's just weak, but will catch up soon. She wants to be an engineer and she has no inclination for sport, just like my DH!
I am just so thrilled and happy for her, wow, what a year!
