My friend sent an email today -- she got the quilt yesterday ON HER BIRTHDAY! I couldnt' believe that the timing was so great.
Now for the truly wonderfully fun part:
She is a quilter. I had no idea. We met on another forum and crafting never came up. As a quilter, she's sent many quilts to other people, but nobody has ever, ever given her a quilt. Until now.
I'm smiling ear to ear. Just happy.
