We were discussing riding vacuum cleaners at dinner tonight. Dd suggests that maybe one of those fancy power wheel chairs with a roomba attached to it would do the job. Heck at that rate you just let the roomba do the work alone though. Thanks for giving us something to chat and laugh about at dinner. : ) Taria

That brilliant idea wasn't mine, Taria. I was just cheering somebody on who longed for one. However . . . I've found that the Swifter Sweeper (the wet mop thingie) does a quick and easy job of picking up thread, batting fuzz and escaped pins. Yogi is just a total fool about swooping up straight pins to see if he can crack their chewy heads off. Your dinner sounds so happy. Did you offer turkey popsicles for dessert? Polly

Hey Taria, I have one of those fancy power wheel chairs and have often tried to think of ways to add attachments, especially a snow plow attachment for sidewalks in the winters. Folks are pretty good about clearing their sidewalks around here, but it's the curb cuts after the plows have been by that get me in trouble!!!! Hmmmm, a vacuum cleaner/floor mopper attachment's not such a bad idea!!!! Your DD may be on to something!!!
