OT: I am Back!

Hi Everyone,

Missed you all. I was in Boston for a week for a Leadership Training Conference. When we tried to get home on JUne 30, our non-stop flight from Boston to LAX was cancelled. Had to wait 7 hours to get a flight to Dallas and then to LAX. Got home and found Not so DS fried my computer. I got the horrible PCprivacy Cleaner virus. YOU DON"T WANT IT!!! Had to reformat the HD, then found that HP has a wonderful scam going--- I am the 4th person I know who went to reformat HD and found that their recovery disks are defective. Had to PAY to get ones that work from HP. Disks arrived this am. Took 11 hours to get most of the essentials re-installed on the computer. I am exhausted.

I will look over your e-mails tomorrow. Need to get some sleep, but wanted you to know things are still going nutty around here!

Ugh! You didn't need that after that horrible return trip! Thanks for the warning and hope it's all behind you now.

I'll be going to Boston for a conference at the end of the month; I do enjoy visiting that city but would not want to live there (too congested!)
