OT - new week

DH went back to work this morning and I am flying solo today, wish me luck! He has my meds. all lined out, my special food all prepared, etc. so I should be okay. I am contemplating ironing a few seams open later today.

We're all here for you. Just holler! [but we know you'll do fine, once you are through thinking you'll have a problem]

Just go carefully today; make sure you have a friend's phone number handy - but don't plan on using it. Once you've done one day on your own, your confidence will return. Just take it easy. And *never* set any unattainable targets (even when you're well again). You're not alone, anyway - someone's always 'up' round here! . In message , "Karen, Queen of Squishies" writes

Okay, best of luck, Karen! :) Just don't overdo anything, please, please, please!

Take it easy for the first day, see what works and what doesn't. Taking your meds should be a priority and eating to keep up your strength. Anything else you can do is a bonus! Listen to your body, it will tell you when to rachet down a bit.

Will be thinking about you! I love ironing! Good choice.....
