OT: prayers please!

I had carpel tunnel surgery a week ago on my rt hand and am trying to keep up with you all. still have lots of bruising and pain. the pills are helping. it is my rt hand, i'm right handed. am typing very slowly so i dont make too many mistakes. i don t remember this pain with the left side! oh, well. it could be worse. i really would like to heal so i can get back to rotory cutting and gripping things. i cant even cook yet. i also have to go back to work in a week. not happy about that. even bought a new car so i wouldnt have to shift anymore.... hope everyone on RCTQ is well. i really appreciate all your good thoughts. miss you all....

Thanks, Pat! Doing much better, still have some twinges of pain in my palm if i try to do too much, but on the mend. i even sewed a little last weekend. i had cut out a sample block for a quilt for my mom, and it didnt come out too bad. Dr said i could drive if i dont grab the wheel too hard with my rt hand. so , back to work i went on monday. still get tired by 2 pm, nap time....wish i could retire, but i'm too poor!!!LOL! thanks again, everyone.
