OT: Second Life

I just got home from a library professional development and one of the breakout sessions was on Second Life. Sounds intriguing. I was wondering if any ng members are active in SL and if there are any quilting "islands" there.

I agree! Over here we have the University of the Third Age (intended for retired folk who still want to exercise their brains and body). It is taken quite seriously. But, as you say, I haven't finished with my first one yet >g< . In message , Pat in Virginia writes

Actually, in Second Life there IS enough chocolate and alcohol, and neither makes you gain weight! :)
