Spampot, I went through the same thing, then the last time I just hit login and it did without even putting in the password so keep trying.

I've given up on them. I've clicked the "if you have not gotten your Free Membership notification yet, click here to have it e=mailed" and nothing happens.

I had about 10 emails from Bernat show up today after trying several times before, including trying a new name and password. I completed the surveys this morning.

Like Lee, I'm less than impressed.

Yesterday I had nine emails from them, the new name and password five times, the old one, but never one with the password. Oh, I do get their newsletter and just skim through it.

I just got my first book tonight. I filled out both surveys at the same time, so I guess I'll get the second one tomorrow. Yay!
