Pami

I'm back and I am glad I found the group. Road Runner wouldn't allow me on and when I called thme they said they didn't support newsgroups any longer. I couldn't lose my newsgroup family. I just came back from Indiana near Napaneee. I didn't get to the quilt shops but went to Amish Acres and fell in love with the Pecan Bread. I bought a loaf and had every day for breakfast while in Indiana.

Noodles were my favorite thing when I was in Indiana last spring. Noodles and pie.

I might have baked pecan bread yesterday. My recipe calls for l cup of pecans and I used 3. Ah, me. That's good stuff. Don't expect to share. DH is sitting by it with an assault weapon. Welcome back, Pami. It is just so good to have you check in. Polly

Yum! I love nut bread and I love pecans. I am drooling as I'm typing.

Welcome back Pami! If you don't want to use Google Groups to read RCTQ (or other usenet groups) I highly recommend news.individual.net.

It's simple to set up and you can go back to using Outlook Express or any other news reader. It costs 10 euros/yr (approx $15) and you can pay using PayPal if you wish. (There are other ways of paying if you don't have PayPal.)

I wish I had started using it months ago! My Roadrunner server wasn't nearly this fast for a very long time.
