Lessons learned: print the directory. If you have a favorites file, print it too. Hurricane Katrina taught us lots of tough lessons. A hard copy (is that what they're still calling something printed on paper?) is priceless if your computer crashes or you don't have electricity to run anything. I'm so sorry about your PC, Dorothy! Unfortunately, none of us is allowed to send the directory to anyone else; that can only be done by the person(s) who were responsible for making it this time. I know you're eligible to have the directory, since you're in it, but all you can do is write directly to the current queen of the directory or hope she sees your plea here. :S

I'm sorry to piggyback on this post, but I was wonderin' when the next directory comes out and if'n I can *pleeeeeeeeaaaaasssseeee* be in it?

All I want for Christmas is to be in the directory! ;) (Sorry, just heard the ol "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" song!! That tune'll be rattlin' around in my pea-brain for *days* now!!)

Connie, the latest one just came out in May, so it could be a while yet before another one does. When it does, I'm sure there will be several notices posted here about how to get into the directory; there always are. :)

We used to get the directory once or twice a year, but life does get busy, and it's an enormous task to get this thing organized and sent out. LN used to do it, and one year I did it instead, as she was busy with chairing her local show. It's a *lot* of work! Alice did this last one, but she's got lots on her plate right now, too.

As I remember the directory method was changed and will be open for sign ups the month of January and done once a year, but I could be wrong and I don't remember who was in charge of it. LOL

No, I didn't leave a comment ... only because I can't remember my &*^% username and password for WebShots!!! I made a boo-boo the other day and wiped out all of my saved passwords and cookies ... I'm still trying to figure out my usernames and passwords for all my sites!!

Soon as I can figure it out (can't even remember the e-mail addy I used in half'of'em!!) I'll leave a note!! :) Just promise that you don't think I'm a stalker if I do! :)

Oh Connie aren't passwords a pain. I've started keeping mine in a little book. I know you're not supposed to but heck no way could I remember all mine, especially since you're not supposed to have the same one for everything and I've two email addys too and they have different passwords...I do hope you get yours sorted out soon.
