Photo's

Finally got the photo's up of my first quilt and the set I made with it. I sold all the items, including the apron at the Auction for my husbands transplant fund. A dear friend bought the items and she can't wait to display them at Christmas.

Thank you all for the supported when I vented about not getting the Wall Hanging right, it seemed right after that it fell into place.

I did not use a pattern for any of these, I made it up as I went along. All the material I used, I got from an Ebay Seller. How lucky was that to get that much from one person. The Snowman was on 7 yards of material and I cut them out to bring them center stage......

Now I am off to make the curtains and valance for my living room....

Oh yea, my birthday was this week and I ordered several different quilt patterns and kits as a gift to myself. :)

Can't wait for them to get here!

Thank you to everyone for taking time out to look at the photo's. It helps hearing praise, especially if you are a new quilter. I have several items coming in this week and I can't wait to get started on them. Hubby wants a Schooner (boat) wall hanging for his office. Now I am looking for that pattern.... What fun it's been.
