PIQF quilts

The pressure is off -- my perfect PIQF record has been broken. I got my first rejection from PIQF this year. The good news is that my quilt can stay in my entry hall in October. :)

I did a quilt with another quilter (Sue Sprague) that was accepted. She pieced it, I quilted it, and she used my stash of crystals to embellish it. I don't have a picture (or at least, I won't until PIQF), but DH tells her every time he sees her how much he'll enjoy it when she gives it to him. It's good to have dreams!

Hey, it's o.k. Even Alex Anderson had a rejected quilt!

Hmph. Knowing the quality of your work, it's obvious that someone dropped the ball at PIQF this year, Kathy. Still, having the quilt stay home is kind of nice.

LOL! Best of luck with that one!
