Hi all, I joined a yahoo group that trades fiber art of all kinds, but especially postcards. I joined a crystal ball themed swap. What fun making them. I get bogged down sometimes. Doing little projects from start to finish gives me a sense of accomplishment and also gets me back in the quilting studio working on things when I sometimes feel inundated by all I have to make that I get paralyzed and make nothing. I am getting things done again just by making a postcard here and there on the side. GO FIGURE!
Anyhow. This led me to surfing the net about postcards. I found a website about Fiber Art for a Cause with benefits going to the American Cancer Society. I just felt I needed to make some. So I did. My postcard will hopefully be in Houston and get "bought" with a donation to the ACS. WOO! See my crystal ball postcard for the swap and my donated cards (peacocks) at the link below.
