Quilt Graciously Received

Yesterday I gave Nate the Red Star Quilt and told him from where the materials originated. He was very pleased and wanted you all to know that he thanks you. And I thank you also.

The Red Star Quilt can be seen at

andthen click on Rhoda's quilts and it's the 2006 entry top of that page.Lots of pages of quilts available to see "look around." Now I must pack for my three week stay in Connecicut and test out those 85 degree temps. Christine and her daughter Abigail and I are spending 4 days at a B & B in Vermont...because we like Vermont and want to get away the daily routines. She is an Oceanographer by profession and at the office four long days a week...she needs time away.

To be sure this is a Quilting Entry, I took time to finish four rows of sewing together Scrappy Tumbler pieces. It's fun so far.

Thanks again.

When do you leave? Have a great vacation! The quilt is beautiful, no matter how many times I see it. (As are all your quilts!) Can't wait to see the Scrappy Tumblers in all its glory! Roberta in D
