DH says the usual reason for that is a domain name server problem somewhere between your server and the site you're trying to get to, if you can't reach it but other people can. Usually temporary.
Aaaaccckkk!! That would be scary if it disappeared! I love that place! I have been there a couple of times this morning. Maybe it's busy or server maintenance is going on.
