Whoa! It's not a formal contract, so there's not a question of state-by-state validity. It's more of a memorandum of understanding of how long it takes and how much it costs to make a quilt, stage by stage, so the client cannot claim surprise.

I meet with the client today, and I am really busy, so I'll send out copies to those of you I have not yet answered tonight or tomorrow.
