I had just run out of cotton batting so it came just at the right time, especially as I have one of their 10% discount for life cards (you get one for spending £30 with them). Their postage is really cheap - when postage went up they said it had got too complicated so they just charge a straight £1.95 on everything except cutting mats which are priced individually. As it costs me £5 to get to my LQS I was happy!
NAYY but have always had excellent service from them.
Just one thing though - I tried paying with my HSBC credit card and they had an extra bank security check on which crashed the computer just as the transaction was finished so I had to start again from the beginning. After it had done it twice I used my M & S credit card (ie not a bank) and it went through straight away (both Mastercard). I'm all for added security, but think the new system needs sorting out first! The only added security question seemed to be date of birth - perhaps that is what caused the crash!
