Marissa, those marks are meant to be permanent. :( You can try any of the various spot treatments around and see if they come out. Not sure how well they will work. Sometimes they do eventually come out. Do be careful about getting any of the spot remover on the floss. In future, you might want to try to remove extraneous lines before doing the embroidery, just in case, sigh. Good luck with it, sounds like a wonderful joint project.
