DH and I are planning a trip this summer. We've been to Montreal before and have seen the big things. Anyone know of some off-the-beaten-path places to see or good things to eat? We haven't been to Quebec City. Recommendations on places to stay would be welcome!

Budget or money is no object places to stay?
Well, we're not made of money, but we've been saving and can splurge a bit. I'd say we don't have to stay at or eat in a dive, but the $450 CDN per night fancy hotel is out of the question.
