OT: Where's that revolving door again?

Yep, I'm going to need it. What's in one month? EASTER! And that translates into "Big Honkin' Easter Egg Hunt" at church. LOL DH, the illustrious Children's Pastor, has decided we're having 15,000 eggs this year. (Had 10,000 last year.) Anyone want to come? It's April 7th! :-) Thankfully, the eggs are not boiled, just the plastic ones. DH & I are currently almost up to our armpits in planning for the egg hunt. And we've already started stuffing eggs at church. Plus the 4 BIG bags of chocolate that have been donated are now in my freezer. LOL

On top of that, I found out Sunday afternoon, that the children need to have something prepared for Easter Sunday for a brunch. YIKES! Do not do that to your children's workers one month before they're supposed to have something prepared. LOL Got some inspiration, though...puppets. I spent most of yesterday working up a puppet/human dialog that DH & I will do. I'll do the puppet...he's himself. We'll do a puppet/himself thing every Sunday between now and Easter, plus Easter Sunday....for the kids at church then another one for this Easter brunch thing for the kids and their parents. Two Sunday's worth of dialog down, 3 more to go. I'm just thankful that DH is willing to work with me on this and give his input. I think we're going to have fun with it, though. I'm looking forward to it!

The Scrapbooking Class starts on Saturday! YAY! I've been working on my notes for it and have the pics, paper, and cardstock picked out for the first sample and the page I'll actually make with them on Saturday. I plan on having the sample done TODAY and uploaded. I will definately share it!

Then there's stamp camp next Saturday. Been making plans for it along with everything else. LOL Can't share those plans...don't want to ruin the surprise for Kenda!

I did get to have some fun last week at a Pampered Chef party. I kind of....umm....set up a date for a party at my house. That was before the whole Easter brunch bombshell got dropped. LOL There's no way I'm backing out, though. She's a really nice gal, and I would hate to back out on her. Plus, I've already invited people. I can't back out on them. I mean, I do have my enabling requirement to fulfill, you know. LOL Definately gotta do the spring cleaning, though. Most definately.

And just to make my life a little more hectic, I volunteered to go with DS's class when they go to the zoo in April....2 days after his b-day, which I haven't even thought about a party yet. It will be worth it, though. DS was so sweet...he wanted to know if DD could go. When I told him no, because she's not in the same grade, and it's only for the Kindergarten classes, he said "That's not fair." But he's excited about me going with them. The letter from the teacher said they need at least 3 parents from each class to go. I think I may be the only SAHM for DS's class, but I'm not sure. I'm hoping more than 3 parents agree to go. They'll have fun with their kids and the other kids. I've read to DS's class before, and they always want to give me hugs before I leave. Definately taking the camera to the zoo! I'll be responsible "for a small group of children all day" when we go to the zoo. I'm not sure how many, but I'm thinking about maybe...maybe...a small book for each of the kids I'll be responsible for. That way, their parents will be able to share in the day at least through pictures. I'll have to do some serious thinking about that.

So....where did we put that revolving door again? I need one here at RCS and another one at my house, I think. LOL
