Does anyone recognize this quilt pattern?

I called it Tiles and placed it on my flickr page here:

I saw it in my new gynecologist's office, she did not remember the pattern name (although she did make it!) . Any assistance is much appreciated.

It's done with square corners? not round? Reminds me of a Drunkard's path setting -- but those have curves not corners.

All squares and half square triangles in the quilt.
