Thank you, Thank you, to all of you... I can't begin to find the right Words to express the feelings that I have right now....when I came downstairs this evening after taking a nap (I get so tired lately) and DH said there was a package for me, and I opened it up and read the wonderful note, and just broke down and cried before even taking the quilt out of the box! And then and there was a breathtaking hug to unfold, that you guys put together and sent to me, well it just so overwhelming.
The happiness and surprise that others would get together (conspire??? LOL ) and do something like this for me is just overwhelming. I had to explain to DH that they were happy, happy tears and he told me 'that group is pretty special!" which of course you all are!
This means so much to me, and saying 'thank you' seems so feeble and doesn't nearly begin to express how I feel. When I got into quilting and found RCTQ, well it was just so amazing to be able to be part of such a great group. I have been involved in a number of hugs over the years, and now know first hand how wonderful they are, and the power they have for the recipient. They're like a dose of good medicine, one you can grab anytime you need....well, I feel truly blessed.
