Yes, thanks Anna Belle. Her caramel corn is as much a staple around here as the corn flakes are. Mr. Esther loves it and maybe, maybe it is a little less fattening than cookies. Maybe. Polly

Thanks, it is good to know the recipe is an easy & successful one. I sometimes feel like I need to include a warning slip when using as a gift. A good friend cracked a tooth one year. She asked for more the next year. We have gone through our first batch and I am ready to make the second, it takes at least three per year.

Well I usually give a warning I am not responsible for tooth damage. I took a big bunch of this over to the quilt meet-up today. They did a pretty good job of eating it. It is addictive. Taria

When Mr. Esther fell in love with the caramel corn last Christmas I got serious with the treat. Teeth are so very expensive (!) and here's the solution:

The bowl's a little more than $20 - heaps cheaper than a cap or crown. I also discovered powdered cheese to stir into a little oil - more good stuff. Yogi has a nice batch to take to his groomer tomorrow. They will love it. They already love Yogi. Polly
