Thread at great prices!


I don't think this has been mentioned on this group, but I've found a new thread
that is working great for
quilting - I was turned on to it by some longarmers. The Web site is

, and the thread is $.75
per spool for 1100 yards and $2.25 for 5500 yards. It's 40 wt., and is designed
for machine embroidery, but it
is good for machine quilting too. It's tough stuff - no breakage at all so far.
Service is good too. I put in another order for 5 spools on Friday, and it was
in my mail delivery today!

I second this, as another happy customer of theirs. I purchased their 20 'big spools' of 5000 Meter thread for $40 a few weeks ago. It's GREAT thread my embroidery machines love it and it is indeed great for FMQing as well. The colors are great and my order was promptly shipped, too. All in all $40 very well spent.

Louise, glad to hear it works fine for you. I have a bunch of it for my embroidery machine and haven't really had much of a chance to do any embroidery since I'm working on quilty projects right now. The little that I used I was well pleased with it. Marlys in Indiana
