I just finished the top for the marine quilt. OMG!! This thing is a freakin' behemouth! LOL I decided to do 3 border strips, red at the edge, then the white with stars, and blue on the outer edge. AND, I actually did mitered corners!!! I am so proud of myself, LOL But, when I showed DH, he just said, looks good. No wow, no I'm proud, nothing. I guess I just feel like sometimes he doesn't really appreciate the work that goes into this. Anyways! I finally got an email from the client about the ceremony date- It's next Saturday!! I told her with the backing arriving late, and still no final payment, that we would be pushing it. But I will try. She said she understood. So, I'll be busting butt this next week trying to accomodate, but I refuse to kill myself. I will have pics up this weekend. I will let y'all know. Toni / Indiana

Oh, I can hardly wait to see!!!
Note to self: I must be more appreciative of my DH, who always says "wow, that's beautiful", even if my points don't match up. :-) (Maybe I could get him to train yours? )
