Wow! That's the one you showed us - unfinished - just a few days ago! It's lovely Joan. Really pretty. The colours are beautiful. Perfect for Christmas. Well done indeed! . In message , joan8904 in Bellevue Nebraska writes

Joan, I really like it! Your colors are perfect. When you first posted the pattern, I bought it. It took me 3 nights to appliqué one block. I think you were right to fuse the appliqué and stitch. At this rate, my method (freezer paper) is going to take me years.

I'm not good enough to "Scrap" this quilt. I think I need to BUY fabric for this project. There are so many different greens and reds that they need to coordinate. And I love the fabric you used for sashing. It's perfect.

I have her pattern for the 12 Days of Christmas... One of these days I need to get busy on it! I've seen it done (a girl friend did it... I may have had the pattern first... but she sure beat me to getting a quilt made! LOL) and it's gorgeous!

Sorry, I don't think so! Although that was a graceful and clever beg.

This one is going to hang in the store after it's quilted. Then on MY LIVING ROOM WALL during the holidays.

Joan,

That is a beautiful Christmas quilt. Great colors. I checked out your other pics and you are a great knitter also. Love those socks.

A very merry Christmas to whoever gets that! I'm torn over whether I should stop work on my Starflake and make Christmas quilts this year or not.

Ok, you can get it for Christmas. I'll do Christmas in July and hang it for that month.
