Really lovely Joan. You have such a very varied collection of work. I love looking at it. I know you do lots of them as samples; but you need all those skills too! I haven't seen two sizes of Flying Geese in the same quilt that I can recall. Doesn't it look good? The table mat is so unusual - lovely; and the panda quilt is really oriental looking. When you look back at what you have done this year, you must be so chuffed. Well done. Enjoy the quilt for you >g

Love the panda print. I have a PIG using the BQ2 pattern.

Joan, what can I say? Your work is always wonderful. I love that the flying geese have little "babies" between the rows of larger ones. The wool mat is just amazing (does it need a home? ), and the panda quilt is just adorable!

I do so love to see your work, Joan! Love them all but especially like the flying geese quilt!

I'm always avoiding Flying Geese, but your quilt is so appealing, it makes me want to make one of my own. Where are the smelling salts!! I must be losing it! Love, love the table mat. I've been collecting wools - but haven't ventured to work with them yet. I have a BQ here in need of quilting - it's a fun quilt to put together & goes together so quickly & is such a great print for large prints.

Beautiful projects, all! I'll admit to being partial to the scrappy flying geese. Scrappy quilts were my first love. :-)

Joan, I love them all, but I especially love the table mat. Can you tell me if you used a pattern and where one might purchase it?

Oops, that's the pattern, not the kit. Just browsing quickly on the internet is dangerous. I'd better stop looking and start sewing! Wool is luscious! joan

Yean, don't I know it! I found the kit at the Cotton Patch. Wayyyyy too much stuff ended up calling my name. I yelled back, but it did no good.

I just love working with wool. No needle turn.
