Just wanted to thank everyone who sent tips and advice on how to conquer my motion sickness while in the air.
Ended up taking Bonine and using the Sea bands. Worked like a charm and now I know that I can fly anywhere if I need to.
Trip was absolutely wonderful. Did see one fabric store on Front street but they were closed at the time. Oh well maybe next time. Not a big island by any means and still had tons of stuff to see but not enough time.
Funny story though - while sitting at Princess Juliana airport eating lunch, a familiar face walks in front of us and DS #1 and I looked at each other and realized that it was Mike Rowe from the tv show Dirty Jobs. (love that show) DH and I hunted him down cause I wanted to at least shake his hand and possibly get a pic. Well got both!!!!!! woohooooooo
Did get some sad news when we returned home though and it still breaks my heart. My neighbors had to make the tough decision of letting their boxer Rocky cross the Rainbow Bridge. I had a feeling that something had happened cause I hadn't seen him since we returned and she came over Saturday morning and let me know. I bawled like a baby. He was one of the sweetest and bestest furbabies on the face of the earth. Rocky - we love you and we miss you buddy........
