I was a looking for a source of "fluff"--something I could stuff into small gaps--with the best possible thermal insulating value. I'm not sewing, I'm constructing something, but I figured this might be a good place to ask. What is the most insulating fiber fill commonly available, and where can I get it? It doesn't need to be waterproof. Fiberglass is rather nasty to work with, and may not be the most insulating fiber anyway--it's good in buildings because it won't burn or rot.
